Below you will find detailed notes and a link for scriptures from today’s video: When we go against God Yahuah…
Whether intentionally or unintentionally, we have all went against Yahuah’s God’s guidance, and looking back this is exactly what I did when faced with a small but impactful situation. I allowed the voices of others (including my 8 year old daughter) convince me to go against the voice/ the urning and pulling of Yahuah God. God. But He will never leave nor forshake us. And He will turn our burdens into blessings
As a result of my lack of obedience to Yahuah God (let’s call it for what it truly is)… I faced a streamline of challenges, pains and disappointments. This pain could have been avoided, if I was obedient (clearly); however it open the door for many lessons.
Lesson #1: Discernment and follow through. Know Yahuah’s God’s voice and remain submissive to Him no matter what. How do you do that? Read His word to know what He sounds like; His character and what to expect from Him.
There is nothing new under the sun… No matter how unique your situation or circumstances might be, Yahuah God has seen it before! Therefore, there is a story in the bible about it.
Lesson #2: Listening to other people means that you are submitting and following them. You can’t submit to Yahuah God and another… Deuteronomy 30:20 says “… love the Lord your God, listen to His voice, and hold fast to Him….”
Lesson #3: Not all open doors, blessings and synchronicities are from Yahuah. How do you know that? His doors, blessings and such leads to peace, abundance, correction; not misery, depletion and judgement. Yahuah’s God’s open doors are in sync with His character, His word and His history (lesson #1 helps here).
Lesson# 4 Yahuah knows that we made mistakes in the past and we will again. But we don’t have to live with these mistakes! Ask for forgiveness and repent! Turn away from old ways and habits to avoid sin.
We are so grateful for Yahuah understanding, patience and mercy upon us! He doesn't have to do any of this for us- forgive us and make our wrongs right. But he loves us! "...all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have beencalled according to His purpose."
Moving forward, wait on the Lord; He is certainly worth the wait! And in doing so, we take a direct path vs the super long way (the even more challenging route). Psalm 27:14 says wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
